Dispatch Time: We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days (Monday–Friday).

Shipping Method: We ship via Royal Mail post.

Royal Mail Quote: Once dispatched, Royal Mail typically quotes 2–3 business days for delivery.

3. Missing Packages & Delays

 

We're here to help if things go missing, but we must follow Royal Mail's official procedures.

When to Contact Us: If your order hasn't arrived 10 business days after your order date, please email us at contact@veralace

Investigation: We can only raise an investigation with Royal Mail once this 10-day period has passed. The investigation process itself can take an additional 10–15 days.

Resolution: We cannot offer a refund or replacement until this official Royal Mail investigation process is fully completed.

 

4. Address Accuracy (Crucial)

 

Please double-check your address! We dispatch products exactly to the Shipping Address you provide at checkout.

We cannot alter or change the address once the order has been submitted and shipped.

We cannot be held responsible and are unable to offer a refund or replacement if an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the purchaser.
