Please inspect your order packaging upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and ensure a prompt resolution.

To be eligible for a refund, you must first contact us to receive an authorisation code—we cannot process unauthorized returns.

Return Window

We accept returns of unused products within 30 days of your order date.

Condition

We do not refund for opened or used products, as they cannot be restocked.

Postage

We do not refund original postage fees and do not cover return postage costs.

Sizing

Please check sizing before ordering. We cannot refund used product due to sizing issues.

Discounts

Only the discounted price paid for each product will be refunded.

Export to Sheets

Exclusions (Not Covered by Guarantee):

Liquid Products (Top Coats/Cuticle Oil): These are final sale and cannot be returned for safety reasons.

UV Lamps (Not Ours): We cannot cover application failure when using a UV lamp not purchased directly from us.

Incorrect Address: We cannot change or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout.

How to Return:

After authorization, send the unopened and unused wraps to the address on the packing slip.

Use the same or equivalent protective packaging it arrived in. Damaged returns will not be refunded.

Use tracked post and ensure appropriate postage is paid. We are not responsible for missing returns or returns with insufficient postage.

If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method.

3. Replacements / Exchanges

 

If you wish to exchange unused wraps for a different design, please contact us.

 

We only accept unused wraps. Opened liquid products are final sale.

Shipping

We do not pay for return postage and will charge an additional £4 fee to ship out your chosen replacements.

Process

Once your return is received and approved, we will send you a link to pay the £4 replacement postage fee before shipping the new items. We cannot hold stock before receiving your return.
